The unique 88000 series surface/insertion probes feature a unique replaceable element design which provides fast, accurate temperature measurements for many specialized applications. Available in thermocouple calibrations K and E, these probes are all supplied with 1' retractable cable and SMP type subminiature connector, for fast, easy connections.
Many models of the 88000 series are also available with a unique head design, allowing the measurement head to rotate 180°and swivel. This allows a single probe to be used where different head orientations and alignments are necessary.
88000 series probes are normally supplied with retractable sensor cable, 1' length that expands to 5'. These cables are rated to 104°C (220°F). All probes are also supplied with an SMP subminiature male connector, and TAS-3 miniature-to-standard transition adaptor.
Standard thermocouples are supplied with stripped leads. Optionally, quick disconnect thermocouple connectors, either standard or subminiature size, are available.
